"Pretty fair prices, honestly"
I thought the prices were totally fair, maybe even a little better than I expected. I was checking while waiting for my coffee to cool down, and nothing really made me pause or feel like it was overpriced. No complaints from me.

"Decent cleaning, but I’m not totally sure it was worth it"
I used delken.com for a cleaning, it was okay. Some areas definitely looked cleaner and fresher afterward, so maybe I’m being a little picky, but I did still notice dust in a few corners and a couple of spots that seemed missed. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, I just kind of expected a bit more attention to detail for the price. I might use them again if I really needed to, but I’m still not completely sure.

"They Found My Lost Jacket!"
I accidentally left my jacket behind and didn’t even realize it until the next day. I called Delken, and the staff checked right away, found it, and kept it safe for me until I could pick it up. They were so nice about the whole thing too. I was so relieved! Big thanks to the team for being so helpful and honest.

"Everything showed up just as ordered"
I ordered from delken.com and, thankfully, everything in the box matched what I picked out. Nothing random, nothing missing, no back-and-forth needed afterward. It was just an easy, hassle-free order, which is always a nice change.

It showed up on time and seemed fresh overall, but when I opened it, there was this odd smell. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not really what I was expecting. I might give it another try, but I’m not totally sure about it

"Helpful enough, just slower than expected"
I reached out to Delken support with a question about my order. They were polite and did get back to me, but it took longer than I’d hoped. I also had to explain the same thing twice, which felt a bit unnecessary since it was a straightforward issue.
To be fair, they did sort it out in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. I just think faster replies and clearer communication would make a big difference. Not bad, not great, just okay

"Mostly clear pricing, but a few last-minute surprises"
For the most part, the prices were easy enough to understand while I was browsing, which I appreciated. I was checking everything during my lunch break with a half-finished coffee next to me, and most pages made the costs clear. But then a couple of extra charges popped up closer to checkout, which was a little annoying. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, I just would’ve liked to know about them earlier instead of right at the end.

Pickup was mostly fine and definitely easier than going inside, but the timing was off and I ended up waiting around longer than I expected. What bugged me more was how the policy seems to have these little loopholes where they can say the order is “ready” or “on the way” even when you’re still just sitting there with no real update. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just more frustrating than it needed to be.

Had a decent experience with delken overall. The staff I dealt with were polite and seemed on top of things.

They answered my questions without making it feel like a hassle. A couple of replies were a little slow, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Service was solid. Not perfect, but the people were professional and easy to work with

"Much easier to use than most sites"
I found the website really easy to get around. Compared to some other sites I’ve used where I end up opening a bunch of tabs or hunting through menus, this one was straightforward. I ordered from Delken and was pleased with how it showed up. The item was packed well, and even though the box had a small dent on one corner, everything inside was totally fine. Maybe a little extra padding would’ve been nice, but overall it arrived in good shape and looked great when I opened it.

"Kind of hit or miss on stains"
I gave Delken a try on a few older stains I had on some shirts and a sofa cover. It actually did a decent job on the lighter marks, but the darker stain didn't really budge much even after washing. So for me, it was a bit hit or miss. Not terrible, and I could see it working better on fresh stains, but I was hoping it would be a little stronger overall.

"Fast turnaround, though I felt a bit brushed off"
I used Delken and was surprised by how quickly everything came back. I had figured it would take a few more days, but it was finished way sooner than I expected.
The process itself was quick and easy, and I didn’t have to chase anyone, which I appreciated. That said, when I had a question, the response made me feel a little dismissed, like they just wanted to move on. Still, the turnaround time was great, and I’d probably use them again...

"Jackets came back "really" clean"
I used Delken to dry clean a few of my jackets, and they came back fresh, clean, and with no weird smell at all. i was "pretty happy" with the whole experience.
